Manage projects and tickets (issues and tasks) in Exment.
Search your data by keyword across tables and columns.
Check on employees' safety by email, LINE (a messaging app widely used in Japan) and more during earthquakes and other disasters.
We are rebuilding the internal structure (refactoring) to make processing several times faster.
Support for Laravel 13 (security support until Mar 17, 2028).
* The current v7 uses Laravel 12 (security support until Feb 24, 2027).
Exment's cloud service (AWS edition), currently invitation-only, will be open to everyone.
In addition to today's JSON storage, you will be able to choose regular table storage (one column per field), making searches and aggregations faster with large record counts.
Attachments will also be stored in two-character alphanumeric folders derived from the file name, as Git does (e.g. 3f/), speeding up reads and writes when there are many files.
Finally, data history (past versions) will be stored in a separate table from the latest data, so lists and searches stay fast as data grows. Existing history will be migrated later by a batch job, not during the update.
Let AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT create, search and update Exment data, such as projects and tickets (MCP support).
Allow or deny connections by country, based on IP address.
View sign-in history on screen. Get notified of the source IP address when someone signs in with multi-factor (two-step) authentication.
To use the API and MCP (connections from AI) safely, we will add client certificate authentication and restrictions on allowed IP addresses. You will also be able to fine-tune the permissions given to AI (read-only or read-write).
In addition to data integration with and migration from other services, we plan to add packs for specific uses (general affairs and IT departments) and web editions of Exceed One's products (FAD, EOB and FPC) as Exment add-ons.
Exchange data with the following services:
Salesforce, kintone, Notion, Google Workspace, WordPress, freee, ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365
A fresh, modern business-app design for Exment that is easier to read and use, including on smartphones and tablets.
Register and view data, submit and approve workflow requests, and receive notifications from iPhone and Android apps. Ideal for data entry on the go or in the field.
Move app definitions and data from other services, such as kintone, into Exment in one go. A great option if you want to cut costs or run on your own server.
In addition to today's Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications, send to LINE WORKS and more, with fine-grained settings for registration, approval and due-date alerts. Works together with safety confirmation and ticket management.
Asset management: manage factory equipment and office supplies and facilities, from purchase requests to inventory checks (RFID, barcodes), relocation and disposal. Together with v7's safety confirmation, handle general affairs work all in Exment.
IT operations support (customer support ticket management, log monitoring, AI-powered auditing, AI answers to inquiries), security (attack detection, reporting and automatic blocking; AWS, Azure and on-premises editions), Git, automated test management and a file server.
Exceed One's products will be available on the web as Exment add-ons (on-premises and cloud editions).
FAD: file server permissions, user registration workflow and auditing (roadmap)
EOB: SharePoint backup, restore, viewing and editing (roadmap)
FPC: password checks for files (roadmap)
