When you install Exment on your own server yourself, it is completely free. There are no limits on users or features. Unlike cloud services that charge per user, your costs stay the same as more people use it.

Many kinds of management in one system

There are plenty of great systems for customer management, task management and contract management. But data that spans them, such as "contracts per customer" or "tasks per customer," can't be managed together across separate systems.

With Exment, just create Customers, Tasks and Contracts tables. You manage each set of data while working with all of it together.

Try it thoroughly before adopting

With typical SaaS, you have to decide whether it fits your needs within a limited trial period.

Because Exment is open source, you can take your time testing it in your own environment. Try it on your PC or in a demo environment, then install it on your server or use our cloud service.

Exment was designed from the start to handle large volumes of data. We spent a lot of time designing the data storage format and search indexes for speed.

As a result, we have confirmed that searching data, which is essential to everyday work, is very fast.

Ready-made business templates

Even with no-code, building tables and columns from scratch takes effort.

Exment provides templates for specific tasks. You can choose and apply templates during installation or later from the admin settings.

Runs on your server, shared hosting or the cloud, so you own your data

Exment is built on PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, a widely used language and database. It runs on 99% of shared hosting providers in Japan and abroad (such as XServer and Sakura Internet), keeping server costs to a minimum.

Use shared hosting to run it as cheaply as possible, a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure for higher performance, or your own server if data must stay inside your company. Wherever you host it, you control your data.

Extend with plugins and document templates

Some businesses and companies need special processing. Document formats such as quotes and invoices also vary from company to company.

You can install your own plugins in Exment. How to develop them is explained in the developer manual. Excel files can be used as document templates: write variables in an Excel file, and users can download documents filled in with the values they registered.
